1 Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the user and the operating entity of the 1971 tk platform — which includes the website, mobile application and all related services. By registering for the service or using the platform in any way, you voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms.

1971 tk reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms from time to time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continuing to use the service after any change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the service.

Other policies on the site, such as the Privacy Policy, apply alongside these Terms and both are effective together.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

1971 tk services are for persons aged 21 or older only. Providing false information during registration is strictly prohibited. 1971 tk may request supporting documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited. 1971 tk reserves the right to permanently close an account for breaching this rule, and all funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

It is the user's responsibility to keep the name, mobile number, email and payment details provided at registration accurate and up to date. 1971 tk will not be responsible for any issues with account verification or withdrawals caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

2.4 Password and Security

Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's own responsibility. Sharing or disclosing the password to others is prohibited. Any unauthorised access must be reported to the support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1971 tk currently accepts transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank). These same methods apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests below these amounts will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if account verification is incomplete or if a transaction appears unusual.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
Bonus funds may not be withdrawn without first meeting the wagering requirement for that bonus.
If there is doubt about the source of deposited funds, 1971 tk may request verification documents.
Withdrawal requests are generally sent via the same payment method used for the deposit.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000, and you must wager a total of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) before you can withdraw.

4.2 Other Promotions

4.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus may only be claimed once, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
1971 tk reserves the right to cancel a bonus and suspend an account if evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found.
Attempting to claim a bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Valid Bets

Every bet is placed and settled in accordance with the platform's set rules. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, network disruption or any other reason, 1971 tk will act in accordance with the applicable rules.

5.2 Erroneous Odds or Returns

1971 tk reserves the right to void or correct any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

5.3 Manipulation and Fraud

If any player attempts to gain an advantage through match fixing, use of software bots, arbitrage across multiple accounts or any other dishonest means, their account will be closed immediately and any associated funds will be forfeited.

5.4 Maximum Win Limit

1971 tk reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit for specific games or betting categories within a single session or over a defined period. This limit will be stated in the relevant section of the platform.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

The 1971 tk VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings):

Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is added to the account automatically, and specific wagering requirements may also apply to the cashback itself.

1971 tk reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the VIP programme terms at any time. If misuse of the rules is proven, cashback benefits will be withdrawn.

7 Responsible Gaming and Protection

1971 tk believes that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. The platform encourages users to play in a safe and informed way. Players can set deposit limits, betting limits or self-exclusion for themselves.

Attempting to find vulnerabilities in the platform's systems, software or security
Threatening, deceiving or harassing other users
Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device

Any account found to have breached these prohibitions will be closed immediately, all funds held will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 At the User's Request

You may request permanent closure of your account at any time through the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all eligible funds before the account is closed.

10.2 Suspension by 1971 tk

1971 tk may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without notice for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or security-related reasons. There will be an opportunity to appeal this decision through the support channel.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no transaction or login for an extended period. Reactivation may require identity verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

1971 tk strives to maintain the highest possible standard in providing gaming services. However, service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, third-party software errors, network disruptions or other uncontrollable factors.

1971 tk will not be liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities or financial losses arising from such situations. In any claim, maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

Players are solely responsible for their own financial decisions. It is each user's personal responsibility to consider their own financial means before placing a bet.

12 Dispute Resolution and Contact

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, betting outcome or bonus, contact the 1971 tk support team first. The support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in both Bengali and English via live chat and email.

After a dispute is submitted, 1971 tk will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. The relevant account or transaction may be placed on hold during the investigation.

13 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable international law and the law of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered. Any dispute between the parties will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, mediation will be pursued.

The user acknowledges that online gambling may fall under the laws of their own country, and it is their own responsibility to verify the legal requirements of their jurisdiction. 1971 tk does not provide legal advice on this matter.

14 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, all remaining parts will remain in full effect. The invalid part will be replaced with the closest valid provision within the limits of the law.

These Terms together with the related policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between 1971 tk and the user and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.
